Future electric & hybrid Honda vehicles for 2023

Electric vehicles are becoming more and more abundant in the automobile industry and Honda is no exception.  You can also expect several new electric and hybrid Honda models to be made available over the course of the next few months!

Honda CR-V hybrid

Available for purchase south of the border since 2020, the Honda CR-V hybrid will finally be making its way to us before the end of the year!  Offering all that you already love about the CR-V in terms of comfort and technologies, this Honda hybrid vehicle also provides you with a fuel engine combined to 2 electric motors, with a net 204 horsepower and 247 lb-ft. maximum torque, as well as a 1,000 pound (454 kg) towing capacity. 

For the time being, we do not have the exact fuel consumption numbers for the 2023 Honda CR-V hybrid, nor the official price; this information will make its way to us closer to the arrival date. 

You will soon be able to take full advantage of the versatility and generous utility volume that the CR-V offers, while having to fuel up less often than before!

Honda Prologue

This all-new Honda electric model will also be Honda’s very first full-fledged mass-market offering.  Finding its way between the CR-V and the Passport, it is a utility boasting a modern, muscular and bold design that stands out with a larger wheel-base and performance tires. 

Little details have seeped through the cracks in regards to performance, but we do know that total range should be close to 500 km, that it is assembled on the same platform as the Cadillac Lyric and that it will be equipped with a 100 kWh Ultium battery. 

One thing is for sure: the Prologue isn’t done impressing and already has everyone talking.  Will you be amongst the first to take this stunning vehicle out for a test drive once it arrives in dealership?

Honda Pilot

The 2023 Honda Pilot is already part of many speculations as to when a hybrid version will be made available on the North-American market.  But for the time being, it seems that this option has not been retained for the next model-year.  All there is left to do is to hope that it will be in a near future!

Honda Accord hybrid

Already available on the market in 2022, the Honda Accord hybrid seduces everyone with its elegance, numerous added technologies and remarkable energy efficiency!

In fact, even with the net 212 horsepower it offers, the Accord hybrid still boasts city/highway fuel consumption numbers as low as 5.0/5.0 L/100 km (entry-level model) and 5.3/5.7 L/100 km (Touring model).

This means that you will enjoy power that is superior to almost all of the fuel Accord models (192 horsepower to 252 horsepower), while taking advantage of lower fuel consumption numbers!
